  • Order Processing, Payment & Shipping 
    All orders received via this website will be processed as quickly as possible, provided we have the item(s) in stock. As soon as we have received your order, we will contact you (during our normal business hours) to confirm your order and process payment.
  • Receipt of Shipment 
    Before signing for receipt of shipment, please verify that your order is correct and in acceptable condition.  Report any shortages or discrepancies immediately to our Customer Care Team by calling toll free (888) 942-3144 or (801) 812-3420, or emailing customercare@curecrete.com.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Advanced Floor Products requires shipping charges to be paid by customers.
  • Local customers may pick-up their orders at the Springville, Utah warehouse, otherwise, normal shipping charges will apply.
  • All product will be shipped via UPS. Call if you would like to make other arrangements.
  • Advanced Floor Products will not be liable for delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control.

PAYMENT METHOD(S)

  • As soon as we have received your order (during our normal business hours) and confirmed your correct order, we will contact you to collect payment. 
  • All merchandise must be paid for prior to shipping.
  • Advanced Floor Products accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.
  • Other acceptable payments include COD, Money Order, Cash Transfer or Personal, Business, Bank or Cashier’s Check (checks may be held for clearance before shipping).

Advanced Floor Products realizes that beautifully polished and reflective concrete floors begin with quality grinding and polishing diamonds.  Please remember, RetroPlate diamonds and accessories are not for use on marble, granite or other like materials.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  • We check and inspect all products prior to shipping. We make every effort to package our products as damage proof as possible.
  • Please check and inspect all incoming shipments prior to signing acceptance of packages.
  • If damage is found, please have the delivery driver sign an acknowledgement of damage document.  Promptly contact our Customer Care Team by calling toll free (888) 942-3144 or (801) 812-3420, or emailing customercare@curecrete.com
  • Claims for damage, defected goods, shortages, or adjustments for billed charges must be presented in writing to Advanced Floor Products within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • While we stand behind the integrity of our products, please contact our Customer Care Team by calling toll free (888) 942-3144 or (801) 812-3420, or emailing customercare@curecrete.com before sending back any purchases to receive an RMA number.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection prior to processing any refund or credit.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to non-defective returns.
  • Products must be returned within 6 months of purchase.

LIABILITY

  • Please note Advanced Floor Products is only obligated to replace such quantity of a product proven to be defective.
  • Advanced Floor Products is not liable for any injury, loss or damage that is incidental or consequential that arises from improper use of our product.
  • Advanced Floor Products will not be liable for delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control.
